Are you tired of "trying" to meditate? Of fighting with a busy mind or feeling like you're doing it wrong?
Effortless meditation doesn’t require intense concentration, rigid rules, or straining to quiet your thoughts. This weekly class is an invitation to step away from the effort of "doing" and rest deeply in the simplicity of "being."
Rather than listening to long, structured lectures, these sessions are entirely experiential.
We begin our hour together by letting the soothing, resonant vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls wash over us for 15 minutes, allowing the body and mind to naturally soften and settle. From that grounded space, we will gently shift our focus away from the constant stream of attention and open up to a spacious, natural awareness.
Whether you are a seasoned meditator looking for a more spacious practice or completely new to meditation, you are so welcome here.

The Flow of the Evening:
• 7:00 PM – 7:15 PM: Gentle sound with Tibetan singing bowls to relax the nervous system.
• 7:15 PM – 7:45 PM: Experiential guided guidance into effortless awareness.
• 7:45 PM – 8:00 PM: Gentle reflection and open Q&A to share insights and connect.
What to Expect:
• A warm, intimate, and safe small-group setting.
• An hour of dedicated, "undemanding time" just for you.
• A supportive environment to explore awareness without judgment.
