The Edwardsburg Memorial Day Festival has been a staple in our community for decades. We will have food vendors, arts and crafts vendors, local businesses and community organizations, along with games, a bounce house, and a tractor/car show. Info on how to enter your tractor and/or car into the car show will be coming soon with a different form.
Application process: Once we have looked over your application and work as a committee, we will let you know if you are accepted as a vendor. Once accepted we will then email you a link to our Venmo account to pay for your booth. Vendor booths will be assigned on a first paid basis. While we will strive to have no more than two similar vendors at the festival, please understand some vendors make more than one item. Don't have a Venmo account? You can sign up for free or you can mail us a check (Mail: 55731 Jefferson Knolls Dr. Osceola, IN 46561). Your booth space will not be finalized until we receive payment.
Booth Space: Booths are $30 each for those selling items. There are a limited amount of booth spaces for Non-profit and Community members for $10 each. Non-profit/Community booths must be for informational distribution purposes only - no items can be sold. The booth space is 12x12 and you will have at least 2 open sides for people to enter. You are able to request to share a booth next to another vendor, however, please make sure you are paying together or on the same day in order for us to honor your request.
Advertising: Please make sure you provide links to your social media pages and/or upload pictures so we can promote your business on our Facebook event page as we get closer to the event.
Set Up: Set up will begin at 8am Monday morning and you must have your vehicles off the field by 10:30am (there is a small parking lot or you can park at the back of the field by the tree line). Canopies must stay inside the booth space and must be weighted down (stakes are prohibited).
Application deadline: The last day to submit your application will be May 20, 2026.
Vendor acknowledgements: By submitting this application, you are acknowledging that you are responsible for the security or welfare of your booth space and any items you bring as well as the behavior of the people you have representing your business. Items that are prohibited include: adult entertainment, tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, hemp/CBD, and any other drug(s) products or accessories. No refunds will be given.
