Educator Workforce Academy, presented by BWX Technologies

The Educator Workforce Academy is a dynamic two day training program tailored for K12 educators in the Lynchburg Region. By participating in the Academy, educators gain valuable insights into workforce development and the key industries within the region equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to align their curriculum and programming with the skills and competencies required by today’s employers. Ultimately, the program fosters a stronger connection between industry and education, enhancing the prospects for student success and career readiness in the Lynchburg Region.
