Discover the enriching experiences we offer for students through our interactive and educational field trip programs, "George Washington: Boy Before Legend" and "I Dig George!" Check out the introductory exhibit located in Ferry Farm’s Visitor Center, The Science of History at Ferry Farm, with colonial and Civil War artifacts excavated on site. Peek into the Archaeology Lab, where you can see some of the thousands of artifacts found at Ferry Farm. Take a tour of the replica Washington House and learn about the lives of George, his mother Mary, other Washington family members, and the enslaved community.
