About this Event

Join local playwright, actor and educator Catherine McNamara to develop your skills in teaching improvisation and dramatic play, inspired by Honk! Untitled Goose Exhibition.

Educators will learn methods to help students of all ages to create character, plot and setting.

We'll explore techniques and activities to take back to the classroom, including object theatre/puppetry, character-based movement and devising original narratives.

Techniques and activities will link to the NSW English and Drama syllabuses.
