Affordable Homeownership with ABCLT

Do you want to own a home, but can't afford the high prices in Asheville? Do you worry about family, friends, and neighbors leaving Asheville because housing is too expensive? Knowing these barriers and concerns, we created a new way to own your own home, build generational wealth, and protect your community from gentrification - it's called a community land trust.
