Ann is a dedicated senior care professional with nearly three decades of experience serving older adults and their families. She has been a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) since 1997 and a Certified Activities Director since 2015. In 2023, she became a Certified Dementia Practitioner and earned her EssentiALZ certification in 2025. Ann is passionate about providing compassionate, person-centered support that helps residents and families feel cared for, respected, and valued.
