EDO Talk: The long Journey towards Political, Social and Economic Reconciliation with indigenous communities in Canada.Jerome is a graduate of the University of Toronto(MA, political philosophy, 1971) and the University of Alberta Law School (1983).
His 40-year law practice has focused exclusively on the interests of indigenous communities, including resolving outstanding treaty obligations, indigenous self-government, First Nation-industry relations, and the environment – all within the context of pursuing the goals of reconciliation and social justice.
Edo Talks are named in honour of the late Dr. Edo Nyland – physicist,humanitarian and past president of the Windsor Park Community League.
