Week 4: Cultivating Compassion and Self-Acceptance
We'll focus on cultivating compassion and self-acceptance through somatic yoga. Using gentle movement, meditation, and loving-kindness practices, we'll nurture a sense of kindness and acceptance towards ourselves, fostering greater self-love and resilience.
Week 5: Integrating Mind, Body, and Spirit

Week 6: Embracing Flow and Fluidity
In our final week together, we'll explore the theme of flow and fluidity in both body and mind. Embracing the concept of "going with the flow," we'll release attachment to rigidity and control, allowing ourselves to surrender to the natural rhythm of life.
