You'll often see some of the best acts around on this gig, I know that sounds strange for a free ticket event, But acts will often double up from The Komedia and The Forge just for extra stage time, We'll always have a contingency of local acts who are happy to do it because its local, I'm not sure there is another free comedy event of this standard in the whole country. We've had acts who have appeared on tv and popped in to do a cheeky 10 spot or try some new material

Sometimes we'll aslo follow up the hour long show with Roast Battles and Edinbrugh previews,
