The tasting will include the following drams on the night;

Lochlea Our Barley 46%

This award winning core single malt expression, Our Barley sits alongside our seasonal limited-edition whiskies. It is made from and inspired by our barley, grown here on Lochlea Farm. Production Director John Campbell has carefully honed this recipe using his years of experience, using a combination of first-fill Bourbon, Oloroso Sherry and STR casks. This results in a whole new level of depth and complexity to the final whisky.

Lochlea Our Barley is non-chill filtered with no added colouring.

Lochlea Sowing 46%

Matured in 100% ex-Bourbon barrels, this release is inspired by Spring, when we sow the seed for the year's barley crop. Our Third Crop of Sowing highlights the aromatics associated with distilling in the colder months.

Lochlea Harvest 46%

Matured in Port, Bourbon & Oloroso Sherry casks, this release is inspired by our annual barley harvest on Lochlea Farm.

A delicious dessert dram packed full of summer flavours. Strawberry jam, clotted cream, white chocolate, freshly baked apple pie, beautifully balanced with a hint of black pepper.

Lochlea Fallow 46%

Matured in 100% first-fill Oloroso Sherry butts, this release is inspired by the season of autumn on the farm, when the fields rest after a busy harvest.

Warm, comforting and perfect for the cooler months. Cooked apples, sweet medjool dates, freshly baked malted bread, Manuka honey, rich buttery sandalwood oils, mixed peppercorns.

Lochlea Ploughing 46%

Matured in 100% ex-Islay 200 litre barrels, this dram is fruity and sweet, with a little kick of peat. Signature Lochlea cereal, fresh green apple, succulent fruit, freshly cut summer hay, sea salt, lingering peat embers.

The icy blue label reflects the season of winter on the farm, when we plough the fields in preparation for sowing the barley seed in Spring.

Lochlea Cask Strength Batch 2 60%

The second in an annual series of limited edition bottlings.

Older, bolder and completely undiluted.

Cask Strength Batch Two is 60% ABV and is non-chill filtered with no added colouring.

Matured in a combination of PX, Oloroso and STR casks, Cask Strength Batch 2 showcases a complexity greater than the sum of its parts.

As well as the above, your ticket will include a 200ml Member's Bottle of Lochlea which we'll keep on our Member's shelf for you to enjoy with friends on your next visit.

We have priced this tasting to reflect the quality of the spirits, and we've ensured it will cost around the same as it would to drink these at home, so grab a friend and get involved.
