Join edible mushroom experts in the forests of the Oregon Coast range to learn about and hunt for Oregon native edible mushrooms. There will be an introduction to the mushrooms we will look for, followed by mushroom hunting in the forest, and finishing up with a demonstration on cooking with these mushrooms. Don't miss this opportunity to connect with nature and learn about the fascinating world of fungi!
Hot drinks and morning pastries will be available (9:30 to 10:00).
Bring a lunch with you.
Wear sturdy shoes for hiking and come prepared for wet weather.
