Did you know that many common evergreen needles are edible? In fact, they’re surprisingly rich in vitamins C and A and add a lovely touch of fresh flavor to drinks and baked goods. In this class, we’ll venture outdoors to identify various edible and non-edible evergreens. Participants will have the opportunity to harvest needles and receive a recipe booklet to take home. Best of all, samples of evergreen cookies and beverages will be available for tasting!
