Join us in a top secret warehouse space, with tall windows and antique furniture and wares. We'll enjoy a restorative class while we rest in comfy poses and listen to works by Edgar Allan Poe, on the anniversary of Mr. Poe's death.
We'll be meeting at Rockstar Wellness (225 Second Street, Marietta) and heading to a nearby secret location for this class.
Please bring a mat and yoga blocks if you have them, as well as an extra blanket (or two), and some kind of bolster/narrow couch cushion/extra firm or double stuffed pillow and/or an overstuffed stuffed animal. We use lots of props in this class!
Restorative Yoga is a slow, restful yoga with fully supported poses (held for 5-15 minutes, each), which are great for rest and relaxation.
As always classes are created with beginners in mind, with options to try each pose in different ways. No awards for best yogi in our classes. We're all here for our own practices and to love ourselves as best as we can.
Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred by the original purchaser to another student, for the same date.
