XVIV
XVIV is an Athens based electronic music artist. His music consists of repetitive and hypnotic rhythms, dirty industrial textures, ecstatic bass patterns and heavily processed vocals -mostly improvised. Drawing inspiration from punk’s rawness, dub’s psychedelic effects and techno’s primal drive these sounds invite the listener to actively engage with the music, creating a collaborative field where the traditional roles of artist and listener collapse.
This isn’t just music to passively consume, it’s an invitation to co-create an ephemeral space where the narrative of routine dissolves, replaced by the immediacy of the amplified present.
It’s a space where the noise of the everyday life fades, and for a moment, you can feel the cracks in the system - the glimpses of what could be.
No grand claims, no prescriptions.
