Not just for runners! Our running community is made up of runners and walkers of all ages and paces, and is a great way to make new friends or just get some quality "you" time!
We meet at 6:30 in front of the taproom for a group photo, and route details. It's 22 minutes out/22 minutes back, at your own pace.
When we return, we enjoy Abbey Hour discounts with our fellow runners/walkers out on the patio. (Or if you're not too sweaty, hang out and enjoy the live music in the taproom!)
We also collaborate on bigger group runs with other Mount Dora clubs, so it's a great way to get connected!
