About this Event
Please join staff and students in the neighbouring subjects of English & Creative Writing and Journalism, Media & Communication for an informal social event to mark the end of a busy semester. Even for those of you with a final assessment or two to deliver, we hope this will be a chance to take a breather.
The event will take place on Thursday 12th December from 5pm-7pm in the ground floor café of the Lord Hope Building.
We’ll have some nice refreshments (pizza possibly, we’re undecided about mince pies) and a short reading from acclaimed Scottish author, and Strathclyde graduate, . Rachelle’s latest novel, The Salt Flats is superb.
Mark the date in your calendar and come to celebrate with us.
