Ecstatic Prayer Dance

Experience a connection to the Divine through ecstatic movement. The class begins with a guided meditation then moves through a gentle, centering warm up leading to moving or dancing our prayers or intentions for ourselves, for others and for the community. Any level of movement can be practiced, from sitting in a chair to ecstatic dancing. All faiths are welcome. There are in person or on-line options.
