A sacred container of transformation where Blue Lotus guides you into trance, and embodied movement awakens your ecstatic metamorphosis. Surrender to the rhythm, the ceremony, and the bloom of your becoming. Led by Ceremonialist, Christina Hladnik & Ecstatic Dance DJ, Zig Tahir!🌟Step into an evening of sacred metamorphosis where Blue Lotus Tea, Ecstatic Dance, and embodied practice weave into a journey of vision and transformation.
💕We’ll begin by gathering in opening circle, setting intentions and grounding into community. From there, we enter a Blue Lotus tea ceremony — sipping the ancient flower once cherished in Egypt for awakening the third eye and opening doorways into higher states of consciousness. Blue Lotus is known to enhance meditation, intuition, and dreamlike awareness, guiding us into expanded vision.
🍃As the plant spirit gently opens our inner sight, we’ll move through embodied exercises designed to awaken the body, free the breath, and prepare the vessel for trance.
💜From this place of readiness, we step into a guided ecstatic dance journey — a rhythm-infused exploration of movement and surrender. With no steps to follow, the music becomes our guide as we shed layers, dissolve the mind, and dance into ecstatic metamorphosis.
🎇We’ll close in stillness and reflection with a closing circle, honoring what has been revealed, released, and reborn within.
🎵This is a ceremonial space for transformation. There is no right or wrong way to move — every body, every expression, and every state of being is welcome.

Basic Rules of Ecstatic Dance
✨ No drugs, alcohol. This is a sober, 18+ event
✨No talking, all though nonverbal communication and expression is encouraged
✨Consent required for dancing with another person
✨No shoes (you may wear no socks if you feel uncomfortable barefoot)
✨No phones, photos or videos
Please note the following tips for a more comfortable experience:
🌟We will be sitting/laying on the floor for portion of the evening Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony/Meditation. Please bring a yoga mat/blanket etc to sit/lay on so you are comfortable.
🌟Please make sure to bring water for yourself to consume throughout the evening
🌟Please dress comfortably; we suggest layers that can easily be removed or added.
Space is LIMITED to 25 Participants and Pre-Registration is Required

Christina Hladnik
Christina Hladnik is Co-Owner of Inner Haven, Intuitive Artist, Reconnective Healing Practitioner, Inner Child Healing Specialist, Shamanic Practitioner, Ceremonialist, and Self-Love Mentor. Christina began her awakening and healing journey in 2009 and has leaned into shadow work since then in order to embody more light to share with her community. On her journey, Christina discovered the powerful healing energy of ecstatic dance and somatic movement in order to release old traumas and all that which no longer served her. She is passionate about reminding others of their own innate magnificence and strives to guide others on how to reconnect to their inner child, where she believes our true joy lies. Through her raw vulnerability, creativity, and in sharing of her own personal healing journey, she has inspired millions worldwide on her social media platforms. Zig Tahir
Zig is an artist, dancer, and spiritual seeker with a passion for exploration and connection. His journey into dance began with ballroom and Latin styles in 2021, and his awakening to a spiritual path six years ago profoundly shaped his life. Inspired by nature, Native American culture, art, and the soulful sounds of drumming and flute music, Zig’s love of learning and new experiences continually fuels his path. In December 2023, his spirit guided him to Ecstatic Dance, which quickly became a transformative and healing force in his life. Deeply connected to the conscious dance community in the Chicagoland area, Zig’s mission is to share the powerful healing energy of Ecstatic Dance with the northern Chicago suburbs. Zig creates inspiring musical playlists that invite participants to move, heal, and connect in a sacred space of joy and freedom. Zig is one of our resident artists.
