Get ready for a rich, soulful night of ecstatic beats in a safe, judgement-free space without shoes, booze, talking or phones. Experience primal release and play with our growing community of wild dancers. 🌀
🎧 Carlos is the founder of Ecstatic Dance Ireland and a passionate advocate for the transformational power of movement. His sets intentionally bridge the gap between soulful, evocative melodies and high-octane beats, giving dancers a powerful canvas for cathartic release. Expect a genre-fluid journey designed to awaken the body through deep, polyrhythmic grooves - from hypnotic downtempo to energetic afro-tech and explosive drum & bass. A primal, pulse-pounding experience of emotional contrast and connection.
💃 Before we kick off, we'll enjoy our cacao together, leading into a playful warm-up involving some light contact led by Olena. This is your invitation to drop out of your mind and fully into your body. Olena will guide us through gentle, somatic invitations designed to break the ice, awaken our senses, and connect us to the shared energy of the room. Through simple, respectful touch and shared movement, we’ll ease into our physical self-expression, shake off the day's tension, and cultivate a safe, grounded space to explore.
🍫 's delicious barista cacao will be on the house and will be served at the start of the dance! This is 100% pure cacao made from single-origin Sierra Leone beans. No additives, sweeteners, emulsifiers, or preservatives. This cacao is ethically and sustainably sourced from local agricultural cooperatives to support indigenous producers and rainforest canopy regeneration. A rich, velvety drink that nourishes the body and soothes the mind.
