GROUNDED INTEGRITY (Caterina Campo)
"My aim as a coach would be to guide you through a certain experience where body and mind could connect and intertwine to be able to find coherence between the inside and outside in a way that the inner pleasure and honesty will be discovered to make a certain state of presence come out. A way of approaching movement to reach a certain level of presence in time and space.
From the own listening of the body, sensitive and quite, the inner focus will bring awareness to the body structure.
A dive inside a plurality of experiences out of imagination, senses, feelings will start on your own. Improvisation as a tool to explore the untouchable."

"Movement Medicine is part of the family of conscious dance. Through dance, we set energy in motion to release tension from the body, reconnect with the wisdom of the heart, and access our deepest joy, allowing our soul to dance. Dance has been practiced for generations by many cultures for healing or spiritual connection; it connects us to consciousness and releases emotional blockages.
Movement Medicine allows us to connect with the elements of nature, those elements that also reside within us. We connect with the Earth of our body and its grounding, with the Fire of our heart pulsing with life, with the fluidity of Water, of which we are 65% made, and with Air, our lifeblood, which has become so precious. We explore the Movement Medicine mandala."
