Ovo ljeto slavimo petu godišnjicu prijateljstva Ecstatic Dance Croatia i Kultura srca na magičnom imanju Antoničin mlin u blizini izvora rijeke Žrnovnice gdje se čovjek, rijeka i planina spajaju u jedno.
U svjesni pokret uvest će nas Stella Vranjić, putnica istraživačica dubina i širina plesa i pokreta. Plesna medicina koju dijeli sinergija je fizičkog, psihičkog, energetskog i spiritualnog aspekta djelovanja.
Indra će nas povesti na zvučno-iskustveno putovanje kroz mistične zvukove drevnih rituala, transcendentalnih stanja i ekstatičnih momenata svojom suptilnom ženskom energijom i posebnom pažnjom prema plesačima. Za ovu posebnu priliku pridružit će joj se predivna Mihaela Pajarita na vokalima.
Na kraju će nam Mihaela pjesmom otvoriti portale ka unutrašnjim dubinama kroz koje se prirodno rađa samoiscjeljenje i osjećaj povezanosti sa svime što nas okružuje. Mihaela strast pronalazi u pjevanju icarosa, medicine pjesmama i „svojih“ iskanaliziranih pjesama dobivenih kroz ceremonije i la diete s ljudima koje vodi.
Poslije glavnog dijela programa, pozivamo vas na zajedničku večeru i druženje uz rijeku, a sljedeći dan na izlet do obližnjeg izvora gdje će nam Mihaela Pajarita voditi Singing circle. Navečer ponovno plešemo na radionici Stelle Vranjić i jammamo uz rijeku.
Pridružite nam se i osjetite duh povijesti stare Dalmacije uz žubor osvježavajuće rijeke i pogled na moćno brdo Perun. Zaplešite bosi na mekanoj travi pod sjajnim zvijezdama, uz podršku plesnog plemena koje se slobodno prepušta slavlju Života.

Kroz jednostavne glasovne i somatske prakse istražit ćemo glas ne kao alat za pjevanje, već kao instrument prisutnosti, oslobađanja i unutarnjeg usklađivanja.
Ova radionica nije usmjerena na tehniku ni izvedbu. Nije važno imate li glazbenog iskustva. Važna je samo spremnost da slušate sebe i dopustite svom autentičnom glasu da se pojavi.

Sesija pokreta i plesa. Opuštamo se, njegujemo i gibamo po sljedećem programu: Istezanje/Disanje/Utjelovljenje/Uzemljenje/Slušanje (sebe)/Svjesni ples/Prostor za dijeljenje
Ponijeti: vodu, slojevitu odjeću, otvoren um
Prethodno iskustvo nije potrebno.
LOKACIJA: Antoničin Mlin, Žrnovnica (kod Splita)

This summer we are celebrating our fifth anniversary with our dear friends Kultura srca in a magical old mill called Antoničin mlin, on the spring of river Žrnovnica, in beautiful natural surroundings where a man, river and mountain merge into one.
Stella Vranjić, a traveler and explorer of the depths and breadths of dance and movement, will introduce us to conscious movement. The synergy of the physical, mental, energetic, and spiritual aspects of action creates the dance medicine she shares.
Indra will take us on a sound-experiential journey through mystical sounds of ancient rituals, transcendental states, and ecstatic moments with her subtle feminine energy and special attention to the dancers. For this special occasion, the wonderful Mihaela Pajarita will join her on vocals.
In the end, Mihaela will open the portals to our inner depths through song, naturally bringing about self-healing and a sense of connection with everything around us. Mihaela finds her passion in singing icaros, medicinal songs, and 'her own' channeled songs received through ceremonies and la diete with the people she guides. After the main part of the program, we invite you to a shared dinner and gathering by the river, and the next day to a trip to a nearby spring where Mihaela Pajarita will guide us in Singing circle.
Join us and feel the spirit of the history of old Dalmatia with the babble of a refreshing river and a view of the mighty Perun hill. Dance barefoot on the soft grass under the shining stars, with the support of a dance tribe that freely embraces the celebration of Life.

SINGING CIRCLE BY Mihaela Pajarita
Through simple vocal and somatic practices, we will explore the voice not as a tool for singing, but as an instrument of presence, release, and inner alignment.
This workshop is not focused on technique or performance. It doesn't matter if you have musical experience. The only thing that matters is your willingness to listen to yourself and allow your authentic voice to emerge.
FLOW by Stella
A session of movement and dance. We relax, nurture, and move through the following program: Stretching/Breathing/Embodiment/Grounding/Listening (to yourself)/Conscious dance/Space for sharing
Bring: water, layered clothing, an open mind
No previous experience is needed.

Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, not structured dance space: In its most elemental definition it's a free-form dance movement inspired and led by carefully crafted music with the intention of creating a healing journey. No dance experience or partner is necessary or needed. On one hand it's a perfect outlet for those who think they "can't dance" because they were taught that to "know" how to dance is to move in a certain way. On the other hand is a luscious playground for experienced dancers alike craving for a free space where they can let loose with their peers.
Ecstatic Dance is an environment without observers, judgements, posturing, attitudes, conversations, shoes, alcohol, fragrances or smoke. A space where everyone can feel spontaneously safe to try new things and push their edges. This is the dance you dance when nobody is watching. Allowing your body to move freely without judgments or concerns for the "grace" or beauty of the dance, just getting lost in the dance into a space of no-mind.
