Community Guidelines
- Urban Sports Club members are welcome with an additional fee of 10 €.
- A water station is available on site – please bring your own water bottle.
- Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely.
- We dance barefoot to stay grounded and connected.
- To keep the space present and intentional, no smartphones on the dance floor.
Amits sound healing is a calming and grounding experience after ecstatic dance. He begins with the deep, resonant tones of the singing bowl, helping the body relax and the breath slow down. Gentle wind chime sounds add lightness and space, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Soft rhythms from the shaker then ground the energy, supporting integration and balance. Together, the three instruments guide everyone into stillness and harmony.
