This evening is an invitation to drop the outside world, soften into your body, and reconnect with the essence of who you are.
Through a guided opening followed by free dance, we’ll move through waves of sound, from soft and grounding rhythms to uplifting beats that set you free. No steps to follow, no performance, just your body listening to the music and expressing itself.

About the facilitator
Minna has been guiding Ecstatic Dance since 2020, weaving together her love for music, movement, and community. As both facilitator and DJ, she creates safe, heart-opening spaces where people can drop into their bodies, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with joy and freedom.
Minna’s passion is to help people come home to themselves through music and movement, reminding us all that dance is not about steps, but about listening to the body and expressing what is alive in the moment.
As the cherry on the top Minna has also taken her 200hr yoga teacher training with us here at Yoga Folks back in 2021. And we're so happy to have her back with us in this setting!
