Come and join us for a magical evening of dance, music and connection at Haus Lebenskunst!

You're invited to move and flow, scream and dance out everything that wants to be released from your body, landing gently afterwards into a soundbath of musical softness with a live sound healing.

What to expect

The ticket includes a cup of delicious Cacao from Rimbo (Breathwork Berlin) to facilitate the journey inwards, providing inspiration and energy.

To ease into the movement journey, Elias Doré will guide a little warmup of connection, playfulness and relating through movement, before providing a multi-faceted sonical wave to lead the dancers through a journey of joy, depth and ecstasy for a total of 2 hours. The space of Haus Lebenskunst has a large wooden dance floor with plenty of space to dance barefoot.

The evening will end with a sound healing after the dance, creating space for integration of the experiences and sensations that were felt throughout the session.

This event is a journey for your mind, body and soul. Let go, express yourself and embrace the joy of dancing sober and freely in a safe and welcoming space.

To be eligible for the Soli-Ticket, please bring a student ID or Bürgergeld-proof to the entrance.

✧ GUIDELINES

• No talking on the dance floor

• We respect each other's personal space

• Phones are turned off, so you have time for yourself

• We dance barefoot

• Smoke and drug-free

Please bring:

1) Comfortable clothes (stretchy dancing shirt, yoga or jogging pants). The wooden floor is amazing for being barefoot. You can change at Haus Lebenskunst in a wardrobe.

2) If possible your own cup for the Cacao, otherwise we will have some cups available.

3) A water bottle for staying hydrated.

Erleb mit uns einen magischen Abend voller Tanz, Musik und Verbundenheit im Haus Lebenskunst!

Was Dich erwartet..

Im Ticketpreis enthalten ist eine Tasse köstlicher Rohkakao von Rimbo (Breathwork Berlin), der die Reise nach innen erleichtert und Inspiration und Energie spendet.

Um den Einstieg in den Ecstatic Dance zu erleichtern, leitet Elias ein kleines Warm-up an, bevor er die TänzerInnen auf eine insgesamt zweistündige Tanzreise voller Freude, Tiefe und Ekstase führt. Das Haus Lebenskunst verfügt über eine große Holztanzfläche mit viel Platz zum Barfußtanzen.

Der Abend endet mit einem live Soundhealing nach dem Tanz, das Raum für die Integration der Erfahrungen und Gefühle schafft, die sich während der Session gelöst haben.

Diese Veranstaltung ist eine Reise für deinen Körper, Geist und Seele. Lass los, drück dich aus und genieße die Freude am nüchternen und freien Tanzen in einem sicheren und einladenden Space.

Bitte bring bei Kauf des Soli-Ticket einen Studierendenausweis oder einen Bürgergeldnachweis zum Einlass mit.

Bitte mitbringen:

1) Bequeme Kleidung (elastisches Tanzshirt, Yoga- oder Jogginghose). Der Holzboden ist wunderbar zum Barfußtanzen. Umziehen könnt ihr euch im Haus Lebenskunst in einer Garderobe.

2) Wenn möglich, bringt eure eigene Tasse für den Kakao mit, ansonsten halten wir einige bereit.

3) Eine Wasserflasche zum Trinken.
