we start the week together… dancing!
No pressure, no performance
just music, movement, and space to be yourself
You’ll likely feel at home at our Monday Ecstatic Dance at Common Ground
The vibe is relaxed, grounded, and easy going.
We created it out of a love for dancing and connecting through movement

18:45 Doors open
19:00 Opening Circle + Facilitation
19:30 Ecstatic Dance
21:30 Closing circle & Hang out
We begin with a short facilitated opening to help everyone arrive in the space and gently connect with the group
Then the DJ guides a 2 hour musical journey through different rhythms and energies.
We end with a closing circle, a moment to lie down, relax, integrate, and share some snacks.

This is a contribution-based dance.
A contribution between €10 and €20 keeps the space accessible and sustainable.
You’re welcome to give more or less, depending on your experience and your current capacity. This way of contributing allows the space to stay accessible, while honouring the value of the experience

The dance floor is a shared space of presence and respect.
You can dance alone, connect through movement, rest, observe, or simply let the music move you.
