Join Paz for a deep journey of ecstatic dance. Allow the music to support you in an exploration of dance through different rhythmic intensities. Expect a wide variety of world music sounds, some electronic, some recorded by musicians. This is a non-judgmental space, everyone is welcome, you don't need to have previous experience dancing. If you are new to ecstatic dance, expect to receive clear instructions and gentle prompts that will guide you through this special journey. $22 (price includes HST)This experience has a duration of two hours,
15 minute introduction,
90 minute dance,
15 minutes closure, conclusion.
Please arrive on time so we can all experience this together and so you get the full insights from the introduction.
