Ecstatic Dance Pittsburgh presents:
Ecstatic Variety Pack 2 | A free-form dance experience in a nonjudgmental space facilitated by Dani Grace.
Featuring a setlist of house, edm remixes of pop and rock songs, and trance with a mixture of lyrical and non-lyrical tunes.
All ages, skills, abilities, and identities welcome!
There will be minimal visual special fx; tonight's focus is on the essence of dance.... connection with self, the music, and others.
What you can expect:
✨The evening starts with an opening circle led by Dani, initiating a sacred space to set intentions and center ourselves.
✨You will then be led into a somatic warm-up.
✨About 2 hours of a curated setlist gently bringing you into energetic dance and softly landing you back to rest.
✨The evening winds down with a restful meditation and closing circle with optional personal shares from tonight's experience.
✨Social half-hour and opportunity to connnect with each other follows promptly.
✨This night invites you to "Come as you are and move as you please." and we welcome you both as a solo dancer and dancing with consenting partners.

Ecstatic Dance is a freeform, expressive movement practice where participants are invited to dance without choreography or particular dance moves, allowing the music and their spirit to guide them. It offers a unique, judgment-free space for physical exercise, emotional release, and creative expression. Beyond fitness, it provides a chance to connect deeply with oneself and others, fostering a sense of freedom, grounding, and community. This is also a great way to mingle with people without the expectation of verbal socializing.

Facilitator | Dani Grace is a local psychospiritual healing guide who uses evidence-based therapy practices in a psychospiritual container to help her clients commune with their own sacred light. Her professional passions include helping others integrate expanded states of consciousness, and helping them through the shadow realm into their own sacred light with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, somatics, parts work (IFS approaches), EMDR, and creative expression. Dani loves to find ways to create sensory bliss and enjoys sharing the energy and peace generated from it -- Ecstatic Dance is one such outlet!
