This is a sacred return to the body, to spirit, and to the now.
Join us as we move with intention, deep presence, and no shortage of joyful self-expression.
Let the rhythm guide you.

Schedule
6:00-6:30pm – Arrival, self guided warm-up, settle into space, stretching, etc.
6:30pm – Opening Circle and Intention Setting
6:45pm – Ecstatic Dance
7:45pm – Closing Circle

What is Ecstatic Dance?
A conscious, substance-free dance journey.
A space to move however your body desires.
A ritual of renewal, embodiment, and celebration.
At our dances, you’ll find:
– Movement without judgment
– Space to feel and express emotion in a safe environment
– A shared rhythm that weaves us together
– A place to be wild, tender, playful, still, or anything in between

Bring:
– An open heart
– Water bottle
– Dress in layers and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
- Feel free to bring you own mat, blankets, pillows etc. These items are available also at the studio
- As a courtesy to others, please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, scented body lotion, or other body fragrances.
