What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement practice designed to ignite transformation. No choreography, no steps to follow. We invite you to discover the healing power of the body’s natural wisdom. We hold an intentional space that allows you to fully express yourself in a supportive community container.
