Join Teachers Lauren Dailey, Halley Gradus and Sam Hatch for an ecstatic dance and sound healing to help us somatically move our bodies, cultivate inner awareness, and invite all parts of ourselves to move through a ceremony of dance and sound. This class is not choreographed and will be about gathering in community to intentionally move our bodies intuitively to beats that make our soul sing. It is an inward journey and a meditation in motion.
6:45pm - Doors open: join us for body paint, connections, and herbal tea
7:00 - 7:30 Yoga Warm Up
7:30 - 8:40 - Ecstatic Dance
8:40 - 9:00 Sound Bath with Sam Hatch
9:00 - 9:15pm Closure
Wear clothes that are easy to move in.
This is a sober event.
No experience needed, just an open mind and curiosity!

Sound has always been an integral part of my life. I grew up surrounded by enthusiastic musicians who showed me the beauty and power of musical expression and it quickly became a deep passion of mine. Recently the opportunity to explore sound and vibrational energy as a healing tool presented itself and I have been embracing the journey! I am thrilled to share this healing modality, and journey with others as well!
