Ecstatic Dance Sacramento is a vibrant community gathering where we create a substance-free, non-verbal space for intuitive movement, self-expression, and connection. We welcome DJs from around the world to guide us on transformational dance journeys. Our events are open to all ages and offer an alcohol- and substance-free environment, making it an inclusive and safe space for everyone.

Izzy Wise is a dynamic multi-instrumentalist, producer, and DJ known for his eclectic dance music that spans global musical and cultural landscapes.

With over two decades of experience rooted in San Francisco, he has played legendary parties like Afrolicious and venues including The Independent, Monarch, and 1015 Folsom. His versatility includes bass and horns, exploring genres such as Turkish, Balkan, Cumbia, Brazilian, Salsa, and Funk.

His search for unique rhythms has taken him from the jungles of Nicaragua to the Caribbean. He releases music on labels like Délicieuse Records, Lips & Rhythm, Mule Musiq, and Cafe Anatolia, blending global dance, disco, boogie funk, and house.

In live sets, Wise incorporates instruments for an energetic, hypnotic sound. As host of the Hi Life Party, he celebrates diverse musical traditions while continuing to push boundaries and share fresh sounds with audiences.
