✨ Ecstatic Dance is not about how beautifully you dance. It is about how you connect with your body. About tuning into your energy and inner source, about recharging, moving energy and feeling freedom and happiness within.

Ecstatic Dance is more than just dancing. It’s a meditation that can bring you to ecstatic and bliss states.
✨Together with my co-creator DJ @colo_saravia we will guide you into the ecstatic and meditative dance journey.
✨About facilitator: my name is Natalie and I’m a certified Kundalini yoga teacher and Tantra facilitator. My individual spiritual path began 14 years ago with Kundalini practices: working with energy centres - chakras. My approach is to use our own energy as the main powerful source for creation and happiness. And our body is a wonderful instrument with which we can tune into our energy centers, cleanse the blockages, release our power and potential, and achieve ecstatic states.

17:45 - Ecstatic Dance starts with gentle guidance

19:45-20:00 - Cuddling, chatting and good byes

- no alcohol or any substances -> we are high on our own energy
- no phones on a dance floor -> give yourself freedom, be in a present moment
- no talks on a dance floor -> our communication is movement
- no shoes on a dance floor -> we dance barefoot to be connected with ground and mother Earth
