Every Wednesday at 19.30 Klubb Ta Plass welcomes a rotating lineup of Movement Sessions at PRINDSENS YOGA OG TERAPI - To help elevate your energy.
This week our yoga teachers Victoria and Martin, together with the multi-instrumental musician Lucasz, will lead an Ecstatic Dance session.
As safe space creators, love generators, and sober club dancers, their sessions invite EVERYONE to come as they are and move freely, without judgment.
Expect a vibrant mix of tribal techno and funky beats to get you moving and raising your vibrations! Lucasz is bringing all his instruments to entertain us and make it a completely unique experience.
Whether you're here to dance, stretch, or just chill on a yoga mat, the space is yours to explore what you need in the moment.

Wear comfortable clothes (it will get hot!), bring a warm sweater for the cool down, and a bottle of water.
Bring fun props for the dance floor If you got any!
All souls and bodies are welcome. Please arrive in GOOD TIME before 19:30.
