Noonnahs sets the container, leading you through breathwork, guided movement, and intention setting before unleashing the dancefloor.

DJ Eccentra spins her set as a sonic weaver- from deep, tribal beats to euphoric, heart-opening rhythms- curating an intentional journey for you to explore the dance between the music, your body, spirit, and natural elements.

Ecstatic dance comes from a lineage- started in Hawaii as a way to tap into your inner ecstatic energy. By the pinnacle of each dance, you’re dancing with wild abandon & having a transformational experience.

For this event, we follow the same blue print that has worked in every major city in the entire world. These agreements set the container so you can drop deep into your body, energy, and spirit.
The Agreements of Ecstatic Dance:
No talking on the dance floor—this is a space for movement, not conversation

No shoes—barefoot or socks only to stay grounded

Respect personal space—move freely while being mindful of others

Come as you are—No drugs/alcohol, no phones, no camera/video, no scents, no expectations, no judgements, no shoulds, no oughts… Just be yourself; With respect for ourselves, the space, and one another.

Expect to step into a space that is judgement free and supportive of your unique expression- no matter how long it may take to drop your armour and discover that for yourself.
