Ecstatic Dance Orangeville - April 2026

Hey Orangeville! Do you have a need to MOVE YOUR BODY? We're bringing the global Ecstatic Dance movement to town ♡
Ecstatic Dance is unfacilitated, free-form movement to a curated sonic journey that gently leans in, rises UP, and then winds back down. It is a chance to shake off some old stories and energy, play in community / just be with yourself, create space for presence, and maybe, just maybe, touch ecstatic bliss. No judgement, no choreography, no "right" way to dance. You do you!

There are some core agreements we make as a community:
- This is a sober, substance-free, scent-free space
- No talking on the dance floor (cathartic sounding and toning is welcomed)
- Consent culture is upheld, and everyone chooses their own level of interaction.
- Respect personal space and take care of yourself.
- We dance barefoot (socks are fine, no outdoor/hard soled shoes)
- No phones on the floor
- Choose presence over performance
