Ecstatic Dance Milwaukee: This event will offer a safe space & container for us as a community to come together to embody, move, be in our fullest-most liberated self expression. I invite you all to come completely as you are; all is welcome here. I will be opening up the space with a prayer/intention setting as I move us into lightly guided embodiment/movement to immerse into the magical state of flow arriving deeper into our bodies and out of the mind. As our collective journey continues to take off; a special curated musical playlist that is designed to activate all parts of yourself as they come online and empower those to move into their own freestyle movement; ending with a gentle grounding/gratitude as we close out the space together. There is no talking or substances allowed please to honor the sacredness of the container. I invite you to come play/heal/connect/express as we completely lose track of space/time and enjoy together experiencing the ONENESS that's all around us; as I like to call my version of "Sunday Church". ;) All my love; See you there. <3DETAILS:
