Come and join us for a beautiful dance journey during this month’s New Moon, as submerge ourselves into full blown Summer our energy is in full swing and many of the flowers have transformed. By drying and withering, and also by forming fruit.Some life giving some a potential health experience.
As we navigate through time with so much happening and being asked of us to really important, we focus on which fruits we want to feed and water. Which fruits we choose to keep growing or culling from the vine ; habits, spaces, perspectives and beyond.
Through an Ecstatic Dance experience through the community at Yoga Kurunta.
Within two 5 Rythms inspired waves .
In a judgement free, expression full space; We will be honoring the energy of
Fruitfulness.
Ecstatic Dance is a type of Somatic Therapy that utilizes bottom up theory, which prioritizes coming back into body awareness to feel.
A place to release tension and trauma stuck in the tissues.
To experience the joy within ourselves and experience everything in between.
As we grow we must direct our energy and accept the consequences and gifts of our energy output. What seeds we’ve plants and continue to do our best to keep our inner garden healthy despite the challenges, energy requests, or pests it may be facing.
Still we can focus on gratitude and becoming.
We remember that this is a time for fresh starts in the new moon as we ramp up for more heat. We take a moment to reflect.
We must take deep care of ourselves as the heat, our communities, Creator and our lives ask more of us.
Come move, make noises, be in your stillness, & your authentic expression as we connec with ourselves and the community.
