Pause in Presence - Ecstatic Dance Intro
Sense the dance in the Pause – the space between. Pause and feel your feet, belly, heart and hips, your breath. Rest into the pauses between the notes in the music and the pauses between your movements. Feel the quietness and slowing rhythms within like the Winter landscape calling you to root deeply and rest into the Earth and into your body. Move into “being” and the fertile and creative present moment. Come Dance!!!!
This is meant for beginners and all those who wish to share in the dance.
$5 Cacao/Tea ceremony begins at 6pm w/ Jessica Monroe
Dance starts at 6:30pm $15 prepay before noon day of event and $20 at the door. Featuring Dj Bristylee.
