Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic dance is a kind of moving meditation where the dance floor becomes a playground for raw, unfiltered expression. There’s no choreography, no judgment, and no talking—just music guiding your body, and a safe place to express what comes up. People sway, stomp, spiral, or melt into stillness, we invite everyone to trust their own rhythm. It’s less about how it looks and more about how it feels. Come play!! We carry so much without even realizing it... What a blessing to be able to release with movement!
