Ecstatic dance is a drug and alcohol free experience! This is a judgment free, safe space to find expression through movement! Come and move as you are! The music is all produced in 528hz and just being in the space will provide healing and grounding energy. This is your dance. We will have a cozy corner for breaks and mediation. There is no talking on the dance floor. We honor each other's space and respect the journey!
ALL Bodies, abilities and ages are welcome!
Warm-up starts @ 7pm
Opening Circle @ 7:15pm with a guided breathing and grounding practice
