You're Invited! Come get your groove on and dance it out with some morning movement!What to Expect:
9:45am -- Opening and Coffee! - sign in when you get there. First 15 minutes is greeting, grabbing coffee, meeting people
10:00am -- Guided Body release - with Julia, our facilitator, to help you connect to the body and begin to move --Community Circle - to open and discuss what Ecstatic Dance is about and why we are all here. Review some rules and guidelines for dancing. Discuss respecting each others space.
10:30am -- DANCE!
