✨ Ecstatic Dance – Thursday, February 19th ✨Join us for an Ecstatic Dance experience — a supportive, sober, and non-judgmental space to freely express yourself through movement and music. This journey invites you to reconnect with your body, release stored emotions, and tap into joy through a carefully curated musical flow.
The evening begins with a guided warm-up, builds into an energetic dance journey, and closes with an intentional grounding ritual. Ecstatic Dance is practiced with no talking, no shoes, and no phones on the dance floor, allowing for deeper embodiment and authentic connection within a welcoming community of all ages and backgrounds.

With over 15 years of experience in the metaphysical field, Stacey blends sound therapy, emotional freedom techniques, therapeutic imagery, Reiki, and spiritual facilitation to create a high-vibrational, transformative experience rooted in grounded embodiment and healing.
