Join us for some light stretches to get our body moving for dancing time!! Ecstatic dance is a free-form dance that lets you express yourself however you want. 6-8 pm ( nice and early so we can all get to bed feeling refreshed and ready to start the week ) $15
~judgement free zone and sober event~
Dress comfy
Bring water!
We dance without shoes (grounds us)
Phones should be put away (get ready to connect to the music and your body)
