As we transition into Daylight Savings Time and the vibrant energy of spring, this immersive experience combines the soothing vibrations of a Sound Bath with the powerful healing energy of Reiki to help you release old patterns, restore balance, and make space for new beginnings. Let go of the past, align with the flow of the season, and step forward with a clear heart and mind, ready to embrace the abundance and light of the months ahead.

This transformative event will leave you feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and deeply connected to the energy of growth and renewal.

Please bring what you need to feel comfortable lying on the floor; mat, pillow, blankets. Chairs are available upon request. Doors open 10 minutes prior to session and will lock 5 minutes after start time. No late entry as it would be disruptive to the meditation opening.
