• Go on a self-led journey thru rapturous music that builds to a peak and then subsides, similar to a wave.
• A spiritual practice that encourages moving to music in a way that is free-form and uninhibited.
• Get out of your head and into your body!
• A safe space with no judgement.
• Sober environment. The only sanctioned high is the natural high from movement.
• Contact improv is fine but ask for permission.
• The event is inclusive of all types of people, ages and backgrounds. Everybody is welcome.
• Many genres, tempos and rhythms: world, tribal, trance, electronic (minimal), some vocal, to slower music.
• Minimal to no facilitation....
