Happy new year friends!We are excited to get back on the dance floor with y’all! Our next event is coming up and we couldn’t be more excited to be back with the dancing community. Join us for an evening of cacao, free form dance, and connection with community. All details below!

What to bring:
- light and fun clothing to dance in, dress up in clothing that makes you feel amazing or feel free to go cozy & comfy
- water to drink
- mug for cacao
- no shoes event, feel free to bring indoor slippers, shoes or cozy socks for the dance floor

These ecstatic dances are an opportunity to connect with your body, mind and spirit through intentional and free form movement. We have a no talking on the dance floor invitation, which allows each participant to drop into their own internal flow and connection. This is a space to explore and express yourself in a safe and fun container.
We begin by opening circle with cacao to drop us deeper into our hearts, bodies, and intention. Cacao is a gentle stimulant and invokes very loving energy so we can drop deeper into our movement practice. Then we got 2+ hours of music and dance journeying ahead to fulfill all of your movement desires!
