About us:

has been playing drums and keys in a few dusin bands since he was 10 and works as a drum teacher.
17 years ago he discovered the immense power of dance as medicine.
For many years now he has been DJing and playing drums, handpan and flute - from cacao ceremonies, breathwork, kirtans to clubs, the burner community and festivals like OMG.
In 2019 he co-founded the legendary Ecstatic Dance Oslo, as resident DJ.
𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐥𝐯𝐚 - 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭
had her first awakening moment at age 21 when she traveled back to the Womb of Source. This was the shifting point. The Re-Birth. From that moment on she dedicated her life to study Shamanism and to heal. She lived in the Amazon Jungle, became a mother. She has been an apprentice on the shamanic path Twisted Hairs, since 2007. Walking the Path of the Rainbow Warrior.
Educated in various healing modalities like Biodanza Heart In Motion, Womb Awakening, Tantra Therapy, Breathwork and more. She is deeply passionate about Sacred Sexuality, Women`s health empowerment, Breathwork & Shamanism.

As long as I can remember, sound has always been important to me!
Many years I was the one organizing concerts and parties.
The interest of sound's developed with the years to gather people in another context such as full moon gatherings and men's circle.
The next step in my journey was to explore what sound can do for healing.
Now, I am in a sound therapist facilitator course and learning the profound effect sounds can do to help us regulate emotions and release things that don't serve us.
I am also working at The Well.
There, I hold sauna rituals, sound journeys, and meditation.
This evening I want to give you a relaxing soundbath, with instruments such as a crystal harp, hand pans, koshi bells, and kalimba.
I wish you to give you a relaxing moment in this soundbath.
