About this Event
You’re invited into an embodied journey of Blue Lotus, breath, energy, sound and free movement — a space to reconnect with your body, your rhythm, your energy and your aliveness.
We begin gently.
A warm cup of Blue Lotus tea.
A moment to arrive.
To breathe.
To meet each other.
To feel the body and consciously connect with the energy already moving within us.
Through Kundalini, breath, meditation and voice, we create space to listen, feel and allow the body’s own intelligence to guide the movement.
And from there, we dance. 🌊
There is no choreography.
No performance.
No right or wrong way to move.
Move wildly.
Move softly.
Close your eyes.
Meet someone.
Dance alone.
Dance together.
Lie down.
Breathe.
Everything is an invitation.
The music moves in waves — from spacious and grounding into playful, powerful and expansive — before slowly bringing us back towards stillness.
We close the evening gently, allowing the body to rest, receive and integrate before stepping back into the night.

We have until 22:15 to gather our things and gently leave the space.
Please arrive between 19:15 and 19:30. Doors close at 19:30 so we can begin the journey together without interruption.
No previous dance, breathwork or Kundalini experience is needed.
Coming by yourself? Beautiful. Many people do.
This is a space to connect with yourself while sharing the experience with others. Dance alone, meet someone, bring a friend — follow what feels natural to you.

🪷 Curious about Blue Lotus?
Blue Lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) is a water lily deeply woven into ancient Egyptian culture, appearing repeatedly in art and symbolism and associated with the sun, beauty and rebirth.
Today, Blue Lotus is often enjoyed as a tea in contemplative and ceremonial settings. People commonly describe its character as relaxing, subtly dreamy and gently opening.
For this evening, we meet it softly — as a companion for slowing down, becoming receptive and arriving more deeply in the body before we breathe, connect and dance.
