Contact Beyond Contact is a healing dance modality that blends partner dance and contact improv to help us explore the ways we communicate without words. Through embodied reflection, we uncover what’s unseen in our relationships and open space for more authentic, healthy connection.

Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement experience that invites you to dance freely — without social expectations or the need to “perform.” It’s a space to release tension, access deeper layers of self-expression, and connect with others through the universal language of movement.

Soundscape — a journey from movement into stillness, culminating in a grounding didgeridoo experience that invites deep rest, integration, and inner peace.
